Ordered items and waited for delivery. After a couple of weeks I asked if my order had been sent and was told it was on back order. No offer to cancel the order or refund it. The fact they didn't initiate this contact and inform me I would be waiting over a month is dreadful customer service. I don't recommend this business unless you have plenty of time to waste waiting on uniforms.

We used Flash Uniforms to get some staff jackets with custom embroidered logo and names. I found their communication awesome and their turnaround time was a lot fast than expected and the jackets came exactly as ordered. I have been very happy with their service, no complaints here!
